Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

In case you wish to Return or Exchange your order, or some items in your order:

The Chikankari Story wants you to be happy with your purchases. We accept a return or exchange of your order (or some items of the order) within 7 days after delivery of the order.

You can connect with us via WhatsApp on +91-9811987729 or via email on info@thechikankaristory.com with your concern. In the event of a return other than due to damage of goods, we request you to accompany your return along with the original receipt. The Tags on the product must be originally intact and the product in an unused condition. The return courier charge for the same would be borne by the customer.

For damaged goods, we accept return requests after uploading the opening video. In cases where the opening video proves damaged goods, The Chikankari Story would be happy to bear any return courier charges borne.

Refund Policy:

The refund process for your order will be initiated once the return/exchange has been delivered to our warehouse. We will refund your due order amount in the form of E-payment in your bank account or in the form of Credit in the Wallet applicable for future purchase with us. 

 

Cancellation and Modification Policy:

In case you decide to cancel or modify your order, or some items in the order:

We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it. We request you to please connect with our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order.

Exceptions to Request:

  • We cannot accommodate cancellations/modifications if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse
  • In case of modification, the requested product in place of the ordered product is available
  • In case of customization orders, the order can modified/cancelled if the same is not already in process
  • TCS reserves the right to cancel any order in case the products face quality issues, or in case of any unforeseen reason. You will be informed by our team if this happens.

Please note that order modification is independent of the fact that you may have bought the product during a promotion.
