The Chikankari Story offers shipping on all orders only within India across all our product range. We continuously strive to optimize / minimize the shipping rates with our shipping partners, who are amongst the best service providers in the industry, such as – Blue Dart, Delhi very, Express Bees etc. Following are the current region-wise shipping rates:

How long does it take to deliver my order?
- We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days from the date of your order and the product will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 15 days, depending on your location within India.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- We continuously strive to get your products delivered to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you with shipping tracking details and you may track your orders online.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you can track your shipment online. All our shipments within India are sent by reputed couriers like FedEx, Delivery, Express Bees etc. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, you shall receive an email/SMS on your registered email ID / mobile number consisting of the Tracking ID and instructions to guide you.
Return, Refund, and Exchange” policy
1) Return the item within 5 days.
2) Product should not be damaged.
3) To obtain a Refund or Exchange, it is required to provide an unboxing video and images of the product" at [email protected]. or WhatsApp at +91-8368845357 within 24 hours of receipt of the product along with your order number.
4) Before clearing the refund, the returned product will be cross-checked by the company.
5) Refund amount will be sent to the customer after receiving the product.
6) Defective/Damaged or if a Wrong order has been shipped to the customer. In the event of the same, we will provide a free replacement of the same product provided we have it in stock (First you need to share an unboxing video and images of the product.)
7) In case of any issues related to the color or size of the item purchased, the same may be exchanged for a different color/size within 5 days of receipt of the order. However, to and fro shipping charges for this exchange order will need to be borne by the buyer.
